ENROL NOW: ONLINE TUTORING AND GOOGLE CLASSROOM SUPPORT
Dear Families,
We hope that you are staying safe and healthy amidst these trying times. We wish you all the strength and patience to cope with the ongoing uncertainties and changes we are facing.
As the schools have begun implementing online learning, we understand that many of you are feeling, or will feel, frustrated, overwhelmed and anxious about all the new information that is being given to you. Many of you are not familiar with these online resources, such as navigating through google classroom. This can make it difficult for you and your child to get the most out of this school year.
In order to support you and your children, we want to offer you a couple of options that will ensure academic success for your children on this new learning platform. The following programs will be offered:
Google 101: Are you lost and uncertain about how to use Google Classroom, Google Docs, Google Sides or Google Drive? We are offering a 30 minute one-on-one training session, which will teach you how to use all the Google programs that will help your child complete their work. We will teach you how to navigate through these sites, and organize work so that it does not become overwhelming. The training will also include a step-by-step worksheet that you can look back to once the session is finished. Price: $30
Online Tutoring: We are unsure when students will be returning to a classroom setting. As a way to continue providing classroom instruction, we are going to offer online tutoring classes. These classes will most importantly allow the student to maintain live communication with a teacher. Some highlights of the program include:
- One-on-one or small group classes.
- Lessons will be taught live via face-time or zoom.
- The lessons will correspond with the student’s schoolwork.
- The teacher will help the student complete their homework from school.
- Students can ask questions to the teacher for clarification and understanding.
- Depending on the student’s knowledge, other units may be taught.
- Additional homework will be provided at the parent’s request.
- Price:
- Small group (1 teacher to 4 students): $25 per hour
- One-on-one (1 teacher to 1 student): $60 per hour or $30 per half hour
- All payments will be accepted via email transfer.

- Your name or your child(ren)’s name.
- Your child(ren)’s grade.
- Indicate which program you are interested in.
- Indicate any time frames that work best for you.
- Depending on interest and feedback, we will provide you an option for time slots and more information.
